My voices of war pack that I purchase was confirmed as a purchase but after trying multiple things (restarting console, signing in and out, clearing reserve data as well as deleting the pack and redownloading it) The voices still will not show up and only the default one is shown. I made this purchase a day ago and it still wont work.
Did you open the pack from your unopened packs section?
Do you have another account on your console that you may have used to purchase the pack? Double check that you used the right account. You can check your purchase history on your account.microsoft.com page.
