A lot of stuff is changing in H4, including, from what i’ve heard, custom loadouts. Now, even though i have my doubts I think this idea could be implemented if done correctly. A lot of people are complaining it will be like cod, but im thinking a little differently. I could see halo’s loadouts as GoW styled rather than cod styled. I mean think about it.
You could choose:
Your up close weapon:
AR
SMG (speculation)
SMG: ODST (specualtion)
Plasma Rifle (speculation, but positive it might make a return)
pistol
Then your percision weapon:
BR
DMR (which actually has been confirmed according to H4 follower)
Covie Carbine (speculation)
Needle Rifle (speculation)
Scoped Pistol (speculation)
but thats what i think. Are there any comments, objections, critisizm?
I though how would they combine the custom classes as the mention and the perks together? Here’s my idea.
If there was a class called “Sniper” you wouldn’t spawn with a sniper instead if you picked up the sniper you get different perk’s but only one at a time, the perks would be something like maybe the default clip is 8 plus the four you can shoot when you pick up the sniper rifle. When you have the “Extra Mag Perk” or whatever it’s called, it would give you 12 shots plus the one’s you can shoot. Maybe even a higher zoom then 20x it’s 24x or 30x with the “Zoom Perk.”
If you had the assault class with the “Grenade Perk” you spawn or can carry 3 grenades than 2.
That’s my idea in a nut-shell and it would go on to like Recon class or Engineer class ect.

Ya, I really think 343i’s idea of custom loadouts will be more innovative than any of us could ever imagine. In the way they work and in what games they will be in.
This is why they said it’s not like COD. - I’m hoping.
