In general, I enjoy H5G for what it is so far. That isn’t to say that there arnt issues, but I was expecting a lot less polished beta needless to say.
I feel like Halo is finally modernizing in its own way. Movement is an important aspect nowadays and for H5G to attempt to be caught up is cool. I have noticed that I try to go back to old Halo strats. And they just don’t work anymore.
I think many people dont/ wont like this game because it is outside if their comfort zone. Old fashioned halo is amazing dont get me wrong, but you have to play conservatively in this one to contribute and not weigh down your team.
Teamwork is now more important than ever. The kill times are ridiculously fast, and 1v1 battles are few and far in between. Team shooting and call outs are massive I feel for the first time. They were important in the last installments, but for the most part, you could get away with lone wolfing it if you wernt against a party. Now if you don’t have friends, you will lose.
If 343 continues to take feedback and they fix things that need to be fixed, then they have my support. Even after the unacceptable MCC launch. I still wont ore order however. Still have to be a responsible consumer.
