First thing that comes to mind: Fun!
This is of course my experience, someone else may have experienced something else entirely.
Furthermore, I don’t know if (in my experience) the game was fair in Multiplayer. I was playing with mouse + keyboard, overall nice experience (except for forge, going through menus is difficult). The reason why I believe that Multiplayer was not fair is this:
I felt that despite gradually improving in my own mouse control, learning to lead shots and so forth, most of the time I would encounter players who are absolutely great shots, barely missing their opponents. With the BR: 4 shots maybe 5 shots and they had their opponent (in many cases myself). Consequently this led me to believe multiple reasons of why this is so:
- Their aim is truly good - If this is the case then simply the resolution would be to follow the old saying = “practice makes progress” to my own skill in aiming.
- I am not remaining calm - I can say that to a degree this was true during the flight, I would lose “confidence” panicked in many cases which resulted in me losing the challenge. Solution is to lower sensitivity to compensate, and practice.
- I am not playing smart, losing my head, running into battle without a plan - Again this happened many times, solution is to practice, run through each map, learn the map well. Make a plan based on findings.
- Above && Below or combination of some above + below ( Or I just need to practice more haha)
- Somehow my specific opponents had an advantage via Controller or other means like bindings - There is no way to verify this on the spot (how can you know when someone is using a controller?) furthermore does it indeed provide an advantage? Somehow “smoothing” out error? I don’t know.
Overall it was fun, but many times I became frustrated by the above.
