I have around 210 hours with halo infinite and here are some things that I’ve noticed that NEED TO BE CHANGED OR ADDED:
Multiplayer:
- Very bare bones
- Lacks modes
- NO Progression system, I’ve beaten the battle pass and now find myself were I just finished my only progression system till season 2
- NO cross core customization, really like at least with the cannon ones mark 5/7
- The shop is full of random stuff. The Commando, Grenadier and Emile’s Shoulder were leaked but are not in the shop like seriously common I rock the commando and Emile’s shoulder in mcc but I can’t wear them in Infinite because we keep getting the same damn things in the shop. We saw the Jorge charm Once since the games release on Nov. 15 but yet the Falcon Reach set has been in the shop at least 4 times.
- Its the Hero’s of Reach Battle pass but yet half the tiers have xp boosts and challenge swaps
- this season is revolving around the mark 5 armor for Reach but yet the store, most of the time stuff for the mark 7
Over all issues:
- 343 maybe trimmed the fat a bit too much with the weapon sandbox
- No assassinations, No Duel wielding, C’mon this alone would add a lot of fun
- Why don’t we see our Spartans legs, like at least make it a toggle in settings
Campaign:
- Once you beat the campaign there isn’t much to do, and you can only replay it so many times
- Every -Yoink!- TIME YOU GRAPPLE NEAR THE EDGE TO MAKE A JUMP IF YOU FALL FOR LIKE 2 SECONDS THE GRAPPLE SHOT DECIDES TO NOT PULL YOU UP ANYMORE AND YOU DIE. That is so -Yoink!- annoying!
- The UNSC special weapons are yellow and black, they look like bees C’mon they don’t even look good you could have made them look more elite and less like a toy
- Now CAMPAIGN CUSTOMIZATION, something I and many others desperately want in Halo Infinite. To be able to use your CUSTOM Spartan in campaign and any future ones would be amazing PLEASE ADD IT and the ability to take your custom vehicles/weapons into campaign would also be amazing. I know, I know its CHEIFS story BUT the customization would be non cannon and for fun and Bring extra replay ability. Who doesn’t want to play as their custom spartan in the campaign.
- A sneak option, Halo’s never really had that and it would be fun
- I’ve collect all the armor lockers and they don’t transfer across saves and its annoying if I want to 100% it, also most of my rewards are still locked even though I opened up that locker.
- A annoying glitch I sometimes get is when I do chiefs power punch with the grapple shot and it decides to phase me through the map, this has happened in boss fights and just exploring
- Something that would be cool is a 3rd person mode and/or a photo mode to truly capture the beauty of the environments and animations.
- Audio logs I have collected are not collecting, therefor I can’t 100% the game
