My Thoughts On Custom Loadouts 2.0

When I heard this for the first time I was a little worried. I thought that people would be able to spawn with Rockets if they wanted to. But then I remembered what was shown in yesterday’s video. The game type shown was “BR slayer” and “everyone” had a BR.

Now I think this will be more of a perk selection. I started getting ideas on what these perks could be and realized that this might not be too big of a game changer. Some of my ideas:

-1.5X sprint
-Extra grenades
-Extra mags
-Use of thruster pack in zero-gravity
-Extended radar (+5 meters)

I’m sure this list could go on, but if this is the direction that 343 is thinking about, then I’m easily relieved. I’m excited to see how this will play out.

Don’t get all relieved. Perks like that would render the system practically almost useless while still keeping it unfathomably unbalanced and I doubt this is the path they’ll follow (sadly).

I agree i mean the load outs would be cool but they should also put that classic halo experience like halo 3 so people could enjoy old and new versions of halo maltiplayer . What I saw in the first look video was the map wraparound was so cool but got me wondering what’s going to happen to forge mode in halo 4 because I like the forerunner architecture and was wondering when we will get more info on forge 3.0

I agree, but I doubt these examples would break the game’s balance as much as AAs did.

I bet we’ll find out more about forge sometime after E3.
