My thoughts and hopes for halo 6

I like many thought halo 5 was rubbish, MS overhyped the whole “chiefs gone rogue” and let us down.

However I was actually a fan of halo 4 my only wish there was that they flushed out the didact more and made him a worthy villain rather than what we actually got. I had always hoped he would return or that it would come to light that he had some hidden agenda for turning humans into promethians eg he was aware of an imment flood return and wanted to prepare believeing humanity incapable of fending off the threat. Look at how Atriox from Halowars 2 was introduced my god the scene where he destroys team omega, that’s a villain you can love to hate!. It’s all about portrayal.

I have my doubts for halo infinite… the continuity between 4 and 5 are just bad, I hate how they finish the stories off in other merchandise like comics or books like the “didacts death”. I do not want to see this happen with halo 5s characters.
I love spartan team blue they are chiefs family practically I really hope they are not swept under the rug into some comic. They we’re barely introduced at all in halo 5 same with locks team.
I am also a fan of the books so mostly I’m aware of who everyone is within the games which is why I hate the method of approach they take. It is as if they expect you to know who everyone is and just drop you in to a story halfway through. To those who haven’t read the books or comics can’t connect with the characters…

My hopes for halo 6 are that Blue team and atleast Buck are given another chance to become likeable characters, keep the fam together! In the game and not some book or comic.
The art style didn’t bother me too much I hated how the elites looked bring back the honour guard glow :wink:
i like chiefs new armour for me it makes sense for an upgrade not to revert back to is halo 3 armour. Split screen is a must have and for the love of god bring back halo reaches armour customisation just give us way more options to change and add things. I would also love to see the characters from halo wars connect to the mainstream halo. Master chief, blue team and even maybe omega v Atriox and his boys or even a temporary partnership to take on a Cortona controlled by the flood would be hectic!!

Anyway that’s my ramble cheers if ya read it all and love to hear others comments!!

I don’t mind not knowing stuff. I didn’t know anything about Halo 1 and it was the coolest. I’d learn or make up as I go and look up lore stuff later. I like being tossed in the middle of a war or adventure. But there weren’t many characters in Halo 1 either, that was nice.

Halo 4 was absolutely fantastic. And the Didact was an awesome foe. We needed to see more of him. And actually fight him. They need to dismiss the comic, and bring him back in Halo Infinite.

Halo 5 Guardoans was a huge disappointment as far as the story goes…

If Lasky is in this one, I want to see him bring out the charred rock from Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn that Chief gave him as a cadet.
Does Chief even remember Lasky from then? Because Lasky remembered Chief in Halo 4, and I don’t think they ever talked about when they first met.

Hopefully the gameplay feels a lot like classic Halo without sprint or abilities and has a good campaign.
