Once players figure it out, infinity slayer will not encourage a lot of map movement. Players get personal ordinance drops meaning their is no incentive for a team to move away from a location. My idea is to change the personal ordinances so they aren’t so powerful
Here’s my idea. A player can only get an ordinance three times per game each ordinance will have only these three options speed boost, damage boost, and overshield. Once a player chooses one of them that is the only time they can use it. So say the person picks damage boost first, their second ordinance would only be speed and overshield. Finally the player can choose to not pick any of the choices and wait if they think they are going to have a huge game.
I think this would require more strategy and make players move around the map more for kills. Also since all the weapons would disappear from the personal ordinances, the random ordinances would include these weapons further promoting map movement.
What do you guys think of this? I think getting traits as opposed to weapons in these personal ordinances would make the games really competitive
