I went to play halo reach the other day and it gave me 2 options wich I forget what they were and I clicked one and my stats and rank got deleted

Your stats were not deleted. You logged onto Matchmaking for the first time on Halo: Reach with LIVE Gold. Bungie programmed Reach in a fashion that it will derank you when you log onto matchmaking with LIVE Gold for the first time to prevent cheating. This measure was put into place so players could not mod their rank to something rediculous or max rank offline, then log online onto matchmaking for the fist time to save the fraudulant progress. By playing matchmaking, you should earn your rank and cR back quickly.
