I received my specialization code and it comes up as a invalid code. I need a replacement code

Hard to believe its invalid so 1. youre putting it in wrong. Or 2. Just trying to snag another for someone or to sell it.

Wrong my friend got his last night and its only 20 characters long.
Xbox Support were the ones who told me to come to the forums. This is not the first time I have gotten a invalid code. I was a able to get that one resolved by getting another one from people I bought it from.
im having similar issues i recieved a code, however when i go to input it it tells me its an invalid code. i contacted xbox support, and they tried the code, didnt work, and was informed that xbox support itself doesnt have access to these codes to reissue them. that leaves contacting 343 i would assume. any advice to move forward would be appreciated thx.
