I was already COMPLETELY unintrigued by the title (no offense) and if you mean how the default armor will look then it will look like this From what I’m aware of they haven’t said anything about taking your helmet off. But as for capes, God no. Especially if someone was using jetpack. That would probably look extremely stupid. (Again, no offense.)

Not a huge fan of that armor. It would be cool to see someone set on fire because they used a jetpack with a cape.
Default armor needs more cape for sure ^^
Add some horns for the helmet and a mighty Fus Doh Rah shout as armor effect, and surely a skull somewhere because they look so cool 
Although people will spent a lot of time customizing their spartan, I bet no one will notice in Matchmaking since we’re to buzzy killing to care for individual details.

i completely disagree that someone jetpacking with a cape would look stupid
