Im pretty sure it hasnt updated since season 1 or 2.
Are you using a non English ui? Also what I had noticed is that it displays the highest rank obtained. So mine is stuck on gold swat, even though I have ranked lower in subsequent seasons.

Its not right…I have my highest from season 1 or 2 showing when i have surpassed that every season. Just check my service record for last season.
