Before I made a account on waypoint I changed my gamertag(don’t know if that’s the reason). But on the site it says I’ve never played halo 3 or ODST. Which is bull, I want my real service record. Anyway I can’t fix this? Anyone…

Play 1 game on both Halo 3 and ODST on 360. And it will fix ^^

I’m half way through Halo Anniversary and its not showing up at all on my service record and online says i never played. Any suggestions on how to fix this or direct me on where to get answers.

I know it’s a little late, but I am having the same problem too and looking for answers.

In the meantime, I found a workaround to get to my H:CEA service record. If you go to the game’s page and click on “Service Record”, you can get to it. It will appear in the dropdown list at this point, but when you go back to other games, it disappears from the list again.

Service record, nightfall videos, hunt the truth, community updates/announcements or so one would think.

So after playing around with it, Halo: CEA appears on every page with the dropdown box EXCEPT for on the main player profile page.

EDIT: And if you’re viewing your service record for Halo: Spartan Assault.
