Whenever I load Halo after I go past the 343 logo the entire screen goes black, I can hear music but the screen is black for some reason and I can’t do anything, I’ve tried to restart it but nothing has helped me, if I can’t find a solution I’ll just trade it back and get it later at a cheaper price
EDIT: Apparently it is a problem my Xbox has with the game itself, since I got a brand new copy and the same thing happened, one time when it was loading I pressed the start button and I got to the title screen before my game froze
When you say restart do you mean the game or your Xbox? I would try a hard reset of your Xbox first - hold on the power button for 30 seconds then unplug your power brick for a minute. Put everything back in and try losing the game up. You can try reinstalling if it will doesn’t work after that, or contact Xbox live support and see if they are able to help you out 
I’ve hard reseted and reset the game but I’ve never tried plugging out the power brick I’ll try it

It didn’t work so I’m trading it in, maybe I can get working copy this time, it sucks because I started to play this after 30 days of purchase
