Alright everyone, my names Batman here and I’m going to talk about Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer from the good to the bad, let’s begin.
First off, this multiplayer is probably what I’ve wanted for so long now, it’s very different and it’s not the same “Shoot, capture, protect” aspect granted that’s what all FPS are anyways, it’s got that different feel to it and that’s what anyone is gonna look for who want change, not only does this game have a different vibe to it with similarities to the old games, but it has that freshness in it like Halo isn’t gonna fade away. Now I only played this for one full day so here’s my review so far.
Now to start with the pros.
The very first thing I like is the game types so far, there’s a new feel I’m gonna get soon, I like warzone it adds that Spartan ops mix with invasion feel to it, that’s wicked.
Second, I like the req choices in warzone, it makes the game fair IMO.
Third, The armor is different, very, very different.
Fourth, this game needs, and I mean NEEDS teamwork to win.
Now the cons;
First, the armor is different, very, very different. Now I know people have been complaining about the customization ever since the beta and honestly I agree, let us remember most of those people want armor like reach but reach had spartan IIIs, which they got the cheap and suicide armor, and we’re playing as Spartan 4s who are the next generation aka (baby brothers) so we get the new and “sleek” armor is is kinda strange.
Second, the join in game progress is a huge kick in the nuts to me. I hate joining in games that are already in progress, 95% of the time I’ll be on the team getting its -Yoink- kicked badly and there’s no hope to circle the wagons, then you lose a game you had no idea who’s on your team when you got there, FYI in this game you’ll need a team to win. (As every other game)
Third, the color scheme on the armor and emblems are strange. The armor colors are downright not right. I like the new way they did it for the emblems, you know “Sporty, Classic, Anti” and etc, but why couldn’t they have tried that with the armor aswell? Of course, don’t let black come in the game due to reasons we all know, but Atleast make coal a bit more dark.
