My Req pack isnt coming up?

I just finished my smg and unsc mastery challenges but the req packs aren’t coming up. Is this a known problem or a way for it to come up?

I just got my daily win pack from warzone and I went to open packs and it wasn’t there :frowning:

same here. i just leveled up and didn’t get a promotion pack.

I think this issue just started occurring within the last hour.

I got the arena daily win and promotion, but no REQ pack. I can still buy REQ packs but can’t earn them. :confused:

It also just happened to me. I think something is an issue that just occurred and will be fixed shortly. maybe.

Same for me. I’m missing a commendation pack, level 60 pack, and daily arena win pack.

I am in the same boat.
I didn’t get my Daily Warzone and Storm Rifle Completion packs.

got 3 req packs, daily win, elite kill and knight slayer. and non of them showed up. and it seems to be larger problem. did the update mess something up? thou it did work just fine yesterday. whats going on here?

EDIT: acording to waypoint i got the req packs with about 11h delay. haven’t checkd them in game yet. but will check them soon as i get home

I should be seeing a level 5 commendation completion and promotion pack but there’s nothing.
Plus, since restarting my game, I’m met with the “Attention - Unable to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians Lobby Service” notification every time I attempt accessing multiplayer.

I just noticed my recent warzone games are not on waypoint.
Could that be related?

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot to look at both arena and warzone.

I have the same problem, I finally finished my Saw Commendation and after the game it was showing I had 1 pack but when I went to my “unopened packs” it sent me to the REQ Store instead and my pack was missing.

I’m missing a pack that I earned before Christmas. It was the Hunter Commendation for defeating standard war zone bosses. I’m missing the predator emblem which is annoying.
