My Redeemed Items and battle pass items

So i redeemed some stuff on halo waypoint and i cannot access the stuff in game it is no where in my customization stuff. Also i have unlocked some visors and head and chest stuff but i cannot access those to make my spartan my own why is this i need some help please

all unlocks are locked to a speciffic armor core. :man_shrugging:
