So I just finished a game of BTB and i noticed how I didn’t have my gold rank anymore and says 9 matches to qualify. I come out of btb and see that ALL my ranks have gone. Wtf is happening? I had two diamond ranks, 2 plat rankings and 2 gold rankings and now they are gone D:
WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED; Anyone care to explain?

The Pre-Season is over. Ranks have been reset. This has been known about (and coming) for quite some time. Sorry that you just found out about it.
