I played a game in the Halo 3 playlist and my rank reset right after that game, from 14 to 1. Is there anything I could do. Also, I noticed that there is no support page anywhere in this website, is 343 ashamed of their terrible software engineering skills? Where could I get actual help from the makers of this game?
No one you can contact unfortunately. Ranks are a little bugged at the moment. They were working fine up until a week ago.
