My rank is currently at 1776 and will not rank up for winning even after winning multiple games in a row but it will go down the first loss I get. It’s at 1773 please help me
You only played 39 games in Slayer are are ranked Onyx. Must be nice. I would worry too much.
You probably hit a wall versus who you get ranked against in the matchmaking.

39 is alot for being 1776, in my opinion. And Onyx itself can be easily obtained in about 20 games. OP, I’m sure you’re aware the only way to rank up is to win. What do you think complaining to us about this will achieve?
I was hoping that someone would have a way to fix it. I ran into people yesterday it started happening to them too. It got really frustrating
I have the same problem. Stuck at 1740. Gain no rank on multiple wins in a row and then go down -20 on losses to teams much higher ranked in onyx.
Pretty sure it has something to do with most onyx teams always playing with one of their players on an alt acct that’s low ranked. So you don’t get csr when you beat them and they don’t lose much if any if they lose. It’s a epidemic and serious problem in arena right now. I don’t know if that’s the problem for sure but something drastic has changed from last season. I had almost no issue getting to 1980 last season but you gain just so little for a win and lose so much for a win ranking up is an impossibility. And good luck to you if you want to solo queue cause that’s also a hopeless exercise
No its not an issue of playing people to low to rank up, because it still would show movement in your csr with an arrow, this bug has no arrows and happens when teams are evenly matched. I have had roughly 13-14 wins not count in the last 3 days yet every loss does. This coupled with shot servers on Friday have cascaded my csr.
This is a serious issue that has been posted a few times this weekend and it has received no aknowledgement .
343 was to be riot? This would be recognized and fixed immediately in league. It’s a huge game breaking issue that is causing tons of players frustration.
Also I’ve had a couple of games against squads o full 2k+ people while I’m on a team of all 1700s and when I’ve won in those situations and received csr it’s been like 9-13 when with that large a gap it should be close to a 25-30 point win. Something is extremely screwed up.

I didn’t know where to make a post about this either but I really want 343 to be aware of this. It seems like the subreddit gets more attention from 343 than their own forums. I also feel like an arena ranking issue is somehow less of a concern to 343 because it seems like 90% of the community solely plays warzone

You are probably right there. Warzone does seem to take all of 343s attention- plus all of these halo champs they crow about. Personally i dislike warzone so im stuck with arena.
It’s been randomly working for me yesterday and then xboxlive has problems and booted me outta 2 games went down 70csr

I think its still causing problems judging by all of these threads. It just makes me angry that all of the people have lost hubdreds of csr and tens of games worth of work and 343 arent acknowledging it. Its not fair for us to lose so much hard work
Having the same issue, I have gone from 1805 down to almost 1600+ because of this. I won 5 matches in a row in arena and got nothing then I ranked down 60 points for 1 loss and then gained nothing for 3 wins in a row. Frustrated is not the word.

Man that is terrible dude. I hope we get our csr back cos that is just unfair!
I went from 1850 which I maintained solo for 400+ games over 2 seasons to 1520 in team arena since Friday.
I’m not playing perfect every game but I have played over 15 games where it starts 3v4 cuz someone dodged riptide to late. I lose a game to higher ranked people and lose 18-30 I win against higher ranked people and get 7-14 it’s broken between the increasingly rampant quitters and the gain issues I’ve undone weeks of work in 4 days.
Anyone know if 343 have fixed the problem in their new update? Or is csr still locked to only going down?
Is it safe to play now or should I still avoid ranked matches in which I am Onyx?
I dont think so because there are more threads coming up by the hour, and still no 343 comment…
