My Rank in the ranked playlist doesnt move glitch

Not sure what to do or who can help, but i’ve noticed that my rank doesn’t improve when i win anymore- its just stays the same, but it does go down when i lose.
I’m a platinum 6 right now and nothing is working. thanks for any help.
