I logged on today on my matchmaking MCC and came to a surprise to see my rank reset to one. I played a playlist game, reset MCC, and reset the xbox to see if it was just some glitch but it stayed at 1. All my work and time just disappeared.
Edit: When i played a game today i ranked up from 1 to 2 but it is still not my original rank
Samething happened to me in Halo 3. It -Yoinking!- pissed me off. I went from 22 to 1. I just wanted to play will people with the same skill level and now everyone is a noob. -Yoink- MCC.
it looks a lot of people have had there ranks reset so i don’t know why this is being addressed immediately.
They tried but failed. This is the first time in my experience it has ever happened and they pick the worst times to do it. They need a small team on the MCC to work out any bugs like this.
@sniperflash67 thanks for letting us know. I mean i wasn’t that high in the hardcore playlist (i mainly level in Halo 3) but i really liked hardcore and if i was pretty high i would be insanely upset and i would have every right to be. This is a very bad issue that 343 should recognize because the amount of time players put into it just goes to waste.
