My rank was supposed to have leveled up and it says I’m still the same rank despite giving me the rank promotion pack.
I am also suffering a problem that none of the REQ packs that I’ve unlocked from one Arena match and four from Warzone Firefight appear in my collection, even though it says I was rewarded these packs according to each carnage report. Two of those were the Warzone day win packs, one was the Arena win pack. I don’t know what fhe other two Warzone REQs were as it shows nothing besides that I unlocked them in the carnage report menu
Usually this fixed itself when I restsrt Halo 5 but nothing is fixed. Is there a bug?
