my rank and armor disappear in campaign

for some reason my armor and rank dont appear in game yet it does in my armory?. any way to fix this issue?

The reason it is happening is because for some reason the reach servers are down and they’ve been down all day. Ive been looking at some other furums and it seems like your problem is happening to many others as well as myself. I haven’t really been able to determine why its happening but its pretty frustrating but yes, it is because the servers are down, the same is happening for me
