My Progress Has Reset

Hello,
My first question is; can I raise a support ticket directly with 343 or is this the only way to communicate other than speak with Microsoft directly?

My main issue:
I have previously got over halfway through Spartan Ops on Legendary and looking to continue now; however no surprise this has been reset much like the issues with glitches playlists and having to start again.
(LASO playlists and MC Saga to name a few).

I’m just after getting the achievements for it, so can I continue from the point I remember getting up to?
As I’m 97% and just trying to tick off the last few achievements.

TLDR; Do I need to start Spartan Ops again for achievements as game showing no progress.

Any help is appreciated.

This is a known issue OP, has been happening since before the previous update. From what I understand the issue is purely on the UI side, things are still being tracked in the background. 343 are aware of the problem and are working to get it fixed in a future release
