I just bought Halo 5: Guardians. It was really fun. One day, I decided to play Warzone. I tried to use the req, but the screen said syncing data. Then my progress reseted after the game. I went back to rank one. Then all my requisitions went to zero. I can’t even rank up. I lost everything I earned. I went to spartan hub. It wont let me change anything. It keeps saying retrieving data. Please fix this!
Have you tried restarting your xbox and checking your connection? Waypoint says that all 7 levels you lost are still there.
Welcome to Xbox One/Halo 5 where you have to “Quit The Build” 5 times per playing session.
Or try a hard reset.
