I just checked my profile. Says highest arena rank was gold 1…i know i am not the best halo player out there . But i have made it to plat a time or two. Anyone else have had there all time rank show lower than a rank they have made it to?
Mine says Gold 6 which is the highest rank I have been. Have you checked back in the stats to see when you got Plat?
It looks like Waypoint’s season history doesn’t go all the way back to the beginning, because I got my highest rank early on but can’t find that season in the dropdown menu. So it could be a similar case for you. However, that highest rank I achieved is still correct, even if I can’t look up that season. Not sure why your top rank would be incorrect. You sure you weren’t confusing Silver medals with Plat?

I think he might be confusing silver for platinum. I was bored so I took the time to scroll through all the arena seasons listed on his profile and only saw bronze, silver and gold ranks. Also while I know KD isn’t necessarily a reflection of skill his arena KD is only .6 and there is quite a bit more losses than wins so I kinda question if he ever made platinum.

Lol yeah never claimed to be good. And yeah i know def in colors of medals. Also my whole family plays. Even my x gf that use to run and the tv while playing. Now thats funny right there.
I think my plat was in btb.when it was ranked. Or something like that.

I don’t think BTB was ever ranked, could be wrong though 
If you got your highest rank in the preseason when the game first released, that rank no longer appears on waypoint for some people. My last company had a lot of onyx players who were reclassified to gold and platinum overnight because they only achieved onyx in the first few weeks of the game.
My preseason rank still shows so it didn’t affect everyone.

Believe it or not, it was at some point.
I’d say it’s because it’s been a good distance between rankings. I was onyx in team arena and now diamond 3. I did lose some games but I’ve never been this low. I haven’t been ranked in 212 days, whatever season that was

Maybe when it was release for H5 way back when. I don’t remember much that far back.
