i am stuck on level one i cant go in to reqs and my multiplayer modes are stuck on Loading, my friends profile works fine on same console, privacy is the same and open nat,

This is a common issue, hard reset the Xbox, and you will be able to synch the game properly. You can verify your rank, reqs, points etc here on waypoint.
