Can anybody help me, my preorder bonus doesnt work, what can i do??
When i try to redemmed i got a message says “the code is invalid”.
Did you inserted booth codes and gone to “colors” menu?
Something similar happened to me today. So read this and see if it helps.
If you’ve redeemed the codes and used the skins before, but now they’ve disappeared, here is what you do.
Hit the dashboard, go to ‘‘account management’’ then look at download history, it will show all the recent DLC and files you’ve redeemed, redownload them and try again. I lost my pre-order BR skin and armour pieces, did this and now it’s all working.
