Hi, My name is Christoffer and I have the gamertag ZtoffeTheGreat. I just got online on Halo 4 and found out that my pre-ordered Raptor Skinned Venator armor and my Locus helmet is missing. Is it just a glitch or something else because I have the rest of the armor that I unlocked while playing online. If you can fix this problem, it would be really appreciated.
I don’t know if I’m the first player to lose their armor or anything but if there is someone else who have lost it aswell… Then I feel sorry for you aswell, I really hope that it is just a glitch and I’ll have my armor back soon. Because the Venator armor looks awesome and I use it alot.(Good job on making that armor design)
I think your supposed to get a code. I didn’t get my code or anything aswell so I know how it feels…
You mean a new code? I got one when I opened the game and all… Typed the code in but now it’s missing…
When I got on Forge I noticed that I had the recruit armor and went to check to see my armor if it was just lag, turned out that it was fully gone from my armor list. I don’t know what to do, if I get it back or if the code was leaked and someone took it and used it which would be weird since used codes can’t be used again. Unless they reset the code and then use it.
try redownloading them back, they should be in the list still of your xbox account :3

Huh, tried to reinstall but didn’t find my code… So I started the game again and I had my armor back… WTF? 2-3 hours without having it and all I had to do was restart the game… Oh well, now we know about that lag/glitch
Yeah, this happened to me too, all you have to do is restart the game.
