I don’t know if it’s a mod that’s trolling me but several of my post, including threads, have no signs of ever existing except for my post count.
If they’re duplicates or bumps, that’s probably why.

I’ve had this happen quite a few times, I hit submit, the new page loads without my post then its gone, completely.

Any ways, Like Moa said, that’s most likely what’s going on. Tho I have seen a few vanish don’t know if they’re your’s or not.
Miss. Snickerdoodle, I have a question. Are you able to view a moderation log, a list showing which mod/admin has done what over the past few days?

Same here. What sucks is when you’re makeing a long, and complected post. You submit it. Then that problem happens. I rage when that happens to post like that. It’s good idea to copy your post before you hit “Post”.
Might have something to do with the technical problems we’ve experienced over the past weeks. I’ve had the same problem myself, and it’s always the big ones that get lost. sigh

I haven’t experienced anything like this except one.
And it was a long post… -_-
But still, I haven’t experienced it that much.
Happened to me once back in 2011. It can’t be that recent of a thing.

Either way, OT: If it’s the page reload and deletes what you wrote, that’s the browser issue. Otherwise, most likely duplicates and junk.

Me too, but then again if the system is to delete random posts, why not pick the ones you spent the most time/thought making?
Hope they fix it soon, anyhow, since it’s annoying to have the “best” posts deleted. Maybe it got something to do with the amount of data, or even the time it took to create it?
Big posts takes more time and are, well, bigger.

I have many load failures as well with pages when i make posts. The site times out and doesn’t register my post. I clear my cookies and reset my router weekly for the best connection possible. I am not sure what stage Halo Way Point is in right now but still has some kinks that need to take an iron to it.

Those are both good shows.
OT: If it’s the “Stay on Page”/“Leave Page” bug, that’s a site bug that happens in the browser (as opposed to a browser issue). In general, you can avoid losing posts by making a habit out of copying posts to Notepad before previewing or submitting them.
