Take a look at the stats, invite people who play Halo the most/professionally, and invite them to a Closed beta. we don’t need johnnypikachu94’s opinion on multiplayer when he has played 12 games of it.

Before offering my opinion I would like to say your post does look like its hating on Campaign far too much. I understand that you prefer Multiplayer Matchmaking over Campaign, that’s fine, but the way you are comparing them isn’t friendly to read, some people like myself play Halo for the Campaign experience and fiction side of the Halo universe.
You have to understand that Halo’s franchise is massive, it doesn’t just revolve around the games. I know it was a game (Halo Combat Evolved) that brought us here but since then we have had books, comics, short films, animation, toys etc. Many people such as myself have decided to explore the Halo universe both inside and outside the mainstream story (Masterchief) and experienced what is an amazing ocean of science fiction and compelling fantasy. This is where Campaign comes in. For this audience, the Campaign of every Halo game is another chunk of the universe we are able to discover and experience. I myself cannot wait to delve into the continuation of the Masterchief and Cortana’s story, I will not even be thinking about multiplayer on launch day. But this is just me, I love the universe, Campaign allows me to experience this in immense detail and freedom.
Other people who ‘care about the campaign’ are those who may not have xbox live or particularly enjoy multiplayer. Do you remember what it was like when console and PC games didn’t have matchmaking? When you bought a game you was buying a single player experience. This is still the intention of buyers today, regardless if they have xbox live/psn etc or not.
Now onto Multiplayer Matchmaking. Don’t get me wrong, I’m on matchmaking a lot, I have spent more time on it than Campaign on every Halo game I own. I totally agree with you regarding public feedback and 343 implementing it into the final product. As you say, not every voice is a right voice and taking everyone’s into account would not only cause anarchy and unbalance, but it is quite literally impossible to satisfy everyone. Not to mention the ludicrous ideas if it did happen. However, there is a needed quantity of how much 343 take from us, we are the people who play it, they are the people who want it to be bought. Selective hearing is what 343 needs, this will filter out the bad and embrace the new and Multiplayer Matchmaking will become satisfactory.
Campaign is a major part of the game, like any Halo or any other franchise. It caters for one multiple audiences, as does Multiplayer Matchmaking. Neither can afford to be neglected or given unbalanced attention. 343i will supplement each and every aspect of Halo 4 (and onwards) with exactly what is needed and more, they know Halo, us and themselves are in no position to be let down.
