Stealth- Seems to be relatively fair, and I see no harm of it being in game, animations being quicker is always a good thing and none of it looks OP in anyway.
Fast Track- When I read this at first I was very concerned because it seemed that it could be a gateway to easier boosting, but I have been reassured when 343i said they have looked into it. Nothing much to say about in game as it doesn’t affect it.
Drop Recon- Seems to be OP, knowing where the power weapons are before the enemy is definitely a good thing to have. I think I’m going to be wary about this one as map control is a big part of Halo, and the power weapons even more so.
Requisition- Don’t see any harm in it, I wouldn’t mind having another go at getting the right weapon. Doesn’t seem OP in any way.
Stability- Most concerned about this mod, being able to be taken out of scope is going to be damaging for the other player in a long range fight, overall I do think its going to be the most OP.
Nemesis- I think it will work a little too well with Promethean Vision, but overall I don’t mind it.
Gunner Armor- Doesn’t seem OP, especially if turrets are going to be as underpowered as they were in Reach.
Wheelman- It’s good vehicles will be a good force to be reckoned with, overall I do like this mod as well as Gunner Armor as it proves 343i do care for Vehicle lovers.
Overall, the mods do seem to be minor and don’t have much of an overpowering effect. I will be wary of Drop Recon, Stability and maybe Fast Track, but the others seem to be balanced.
