I am normally a defender of 343 and halo 4, but alas i have one MAJOR complaint.
I now have a xxx77 as my gamerscore. I have avoided buying games with non-multiples of fives in gamer scores just for this reason. I thought all the Dev’s where hip to our disdain of cheevo’s like this. I had thought to play 4 for a good while having fun, but now its no longer fun. it is a no one wants to play the stupid game type that i have yet to play in order for me to even out my gamerscore. If i do ever fix this i have a feeling it will be with a different game, and because of this i am seriously considering never playing any halo again. I refuse to show my support for browbeating in to trying the new game type, that i cant even try because no one votes for it. I have defended 343 and halo using reason and understanding, but i fear this will be the last time i ever play. Thanks for f’n up what was once enjoyable, as i can not have any fun with this game any more. it just brings me anger so i turn it off and every time i see my gamer score my anger will fester even worse, until the point where i remove halo form my game vocabulary. No words can express how enraged i am at this, ban me from the form, flame me what ever i don’t care. Let me tackle your post in order of the places I highlighted.
1.- So you play for Gamerscore and if it is not roudned out you get mad? lol what? if you are playing games for gamerscore then you are doing it wrong, maybe go back to old school gaming when Achievements did not exist so you can play without having to worry if your gamerscore is 1000 or 1001…
2.- So… you are telling me you can not play Ricochet in the RICOCHET playlist wich has the most options and everyone ends up voting for it? yeah right…
3.- Again if you play for GS and seeing uneven numbers makes you rage… then you are playing for the wrong reasons, do you also rage when a mathemathical operation or a price on an article isnt rounded out too?
4.- New gametype Ricochet, playlist bullseye/ricochet, gee they surely dont support this new gametype with in its own Matchmaking spot at all /Sarcasm, well then bye and have fun on other games, hopefully you will not whine as much on their forums.
At first I was like is he trolling? But I honestly think he means it now. You’ve got fight in you… I like that. Anyways this is completely ridiculous.

Assuming this new gametype is Ricochet, I’ve seen it voted in all the time so far. If it shows up, it gets voted in - no questions asked.

1.- That playlist right there contradicts your entire argument, you say you can not even out the score because you can’t play the new gametype and that it is NOT supported on its OWN Matchmaking Spot.
Sorry but I have been playing and when Ricochet comes up everyone votes for it because they want the achievements and they want to try the game type, plus The Pit being remade has made alot fo nostalgic players vote for that wich is the Ricochet map, so telling me that NO ONE votes for it is just unbelievable at best.
2.- True i have no right all I am saying is its quite silly that people would not PLAY and threaten a company to not ever play or purchase a game fromt hema gain just because they cant have a rounded number in their gamerscore, plus the gametype and list are there if you cant even out your GS with Halo 4 thats your own fault for nto being good enough to get the achievements or “patient” enough to have the gametype be selected so you can play it.

Well you have had 4 games in the playlist (Odd you did nto get Ricochet) but 4 games is way too early to jsut say you can never play the gametype, jsut keep playing it will show up trust me, throwing a post like yours for 1 hour of not being able to get a particular gametype is a bit of a stretch wouldn’t you think?
And of course the playlist is not only for ricochet, otherwise it would get real boring and you wouldnt be able to try vertigo wich is not designed for ricochet.
Just be patient you dont have to get all achievements day 1 or 2 of the gametype’s release you know?
No i do not think it is a over reaction because i cant even play the game any more im so irked by it. yes i got a chance to play it no i dont like it one game every hour is to much of a grind im done with this. Its point less because the more i play the more irate i become, the more irate i become the less skill i have. The worse i do the more enraged i get. It just resonates off to a point where i want to do things that would get me the shock of my life, or to end it, in Texas. I know i sound crazy mainly because i am, but i can not enjoy this game any more because of this. It is a cheap ploy that has ruined my gaming experience, f i knew the cheevo’s where like this i would of never picked up the rocks. Because i know how i am, i like to play to have fun, but i can not stand my GS like this so a avoid any thing that will do it.
but we keep going circles, i admit im crazy and ocd, but i really cant enjoy this game now, and knowing my self, i am going to have a hard time enjoying any game now. Every time i see my cheevo’s pop or my GS it is going to drive me crazy. I wish i was not this way, but i am, and i feel that my anger is also because this could seriously be the end of xbox for me. Yes it is that bad, there is no way for me to express this so others can understand. Some times we are given things we can not understand or control in aim to humble us. Alas, any thing that has the ability to humble you, has the ability to destroy you.

That would be the TL;DR version of the thread pretty much, but to each their own i guess.
What the heck are you even talking about?
It is with great sadness that none of my post thus far have been in the category of superciliousness.
I use to work in a store where a man would come in every day and count the candy bars, all of them, before he would by them. The count would control the number of items he would by. All the other people i worked with made fun of this man, but i would scold them for doing so. Because i would count them when he left and the amount he bought would added to the candy bars would make and xxx0. I was told to “lighten up” and “Go with it” but i refused, because i knew this man was just like me. Only difference is i learned to hide my curse, and he could not hide his.
I am truthful in all that i have posted about this topic. I am sorry i can not convey how important this is to me, to a point that every one can understand. In truth the only way to understand is to live with it, and this is not something i would wish on my greatest nemesis.

About the Gamerscore bit: When you get all of Halo 4’s achievements, it’ll be a solid 2,000 points.
If you get both ‘Hat Trick’ (33G) and ‘One Man Army’ (27G), you won’t have an odd-numbered Gamerscore.
Dude, chill, it’s a number. And whenever I play the Champions Bundle DLC playlist, I’d say about 90% of my games have been Ricochet.
OH GOD MY GAMER SCORE IS 1143!!! THAT’S IT I’M DONE… MY OCD IS TO DAMN SEVERE FOR 343. Those jerks!
