My only issues with Halo Infinte

Though I haven’t finished my Infinite campaign, I’m totally enjoying it. It’s such an amazing game. Now, I’m moving onto multi-player, which is where I find my issues with this game. Not saying it’s a bad experience whatsoever, just some minor complains I have.

First of all, I can’t stand aiming in this game, is non-existent, I cannot hit anyone or anything, it’s a mess and I’ve never been a bad Halo player, nor particularly good, just normal. I’ve changed my settings several times and nothing changes, and this time I think I’m not the problem at all. I doubt they’ll fix it, but still remain hopeful they will.

Secondly, the radar, which is useless most of the time. I thought they’d learned from Halo 5, but they didn’t. I can’t count the times I looked into the radar and saw no one, then someone appears out of nowhere and get killed.

Finally, the overall inconsistencies in the game, melee, weapons damage and not connecting, grenades not killing even if my enemy is almost dead, getting killed behind walls and the list goes on.

That’s my opinion so far about this game, I love campaign and I certainly can enjoy Multi-player, but most of the times I can’t. I give Halo Infinite an 8.5/10.

Yeah the radar is horrendous in this game, even worse than 5 which was already bad. It’s tiny in both in-game range and UI size. It’s useless, and they aren’t even planning to change it which is so frustrating.

The netcode and server tick rate are also terrible; they’re not even as strong as past Halo games which is really bad, and the reason you constantly get killed around walls or land hits that you actually missed and stuff like that. It’s real bad.

You can practice against bots to improve your aim. Lots of people recommend changing your controller settings because the default they give you is horrendous, but put them at whatever works best for you.

THat hardly fixes the desync and net code issues I’m fairly certain i kill people , yet they die like 5 seconds later.

good players can hit 50-60% accuracy every game. Desync and netcode are real issues yes, but just blaming the game for every time you miss shots or get outplayed is a bad habit.
