You guys are doing an extremely amazing job with Halo, the fact this is your first game as a team is mind blowing. I’ve been waiting for this game for 5 years, and it has exceeded any expectation I had. The campaign looks to good, far better than anything Bungie has produced on the 360 and the fact you’re staying true to the novels is a really great added bonus.
The multiplayer looks beyond fun, new vehicles like the mantis are just going to be hilarious to use, you’ve also introduced flood infection, which the fans have wanted since Halo 2!
I would write more, but I think i’d probably exceed the character limit =D

I’m with you there man i cant wait to play this game and be the master chief again Ragnarok looks amazing the Mantis is going to be my tool of destruction i will use this as often as i can in BTB. Thank You 343 for continuing this series i have been playing since the day COmbat evolved was released on the original xbox.

I cannot wait for the campaign.
Halo is finally getting into the deeper side of things. In the first trilogy it was just covies and tiny flood outbreaks. If you just play the games you literally know nothing of the forerunners, other than they got wiped out by the flood, and built the rings to kill everyone so the flood would starve. The fact we know this little is why this trilogy is going to be so exciting, there’s so much room to explore!

So very true!
I can’t wait for the MP it looks awesome… but for me the campaign is more important to me and must come first. I’m so excited to be the Chief again and to hear Cortana. The start of a new trilogy… exciting stuff!
Also I haven’t read anything much about the story or watched any of the campaign trailers so no mini spoilers which is nice.

I’m very excited for Halo 4. I have been to EuroGamer and played the game first hand. IMO it’s shaping out to be the most exciting Halo experience yet. If you’re not liking it fine, but <mark>stop plaguing the forum with negativity Ken, because you are extremely notorious for it.</mark>

More like giving credit where credit is due. If I was someone working on a game for three years, it would be nice to see someone thanking me, instead if kids who don’t know game development screaming at me on how I should make a game.

ya thank god it wasn’t sandtrap. im still a bit upset that this was the only remake…I would love to see relic, terminal or Standoff brought back. In Halo 3 BTB valhalla and standoff brought the best of Halo 3 BTB to the fighting grounds…as well as Avalanche

I think there is cool stuff in Halo 4, and there are of course things I don’t care for.
But, what makes me mad about this thread. is that you do the same thing the whiners do except you make threads like “OMG 343I THANK YOU XD”. This thread is pointless but it is praised as long as we don’t say anything bad about all-knowing 343i and the perfect Halo 4.

Wrong. No doubt the fanboys scream loudest, but it isn’t like some of the more negative posters here don’t bring the fans down on them themselves. When you have complaints about things “Not being Halo!” and use hyperbole instead of calm, rational logic, that is just inviting an argument. I recall a certain poster here who would post an inflammatory title and litter his OP with statements that would make it seem the world’s end was nigh.

The difference is that this is the Mantis and you are Ken. Therefore this thread is awesome and your argument is invalid (sarcasm).
I think everything does look great though. Valhalla is one of my favorite maps overall and my favorite in Halo 3 entirely. The Mantis may be a little strong but we have yet to see a lot of it, so I I will save my thoughts on it for now.

I didn’t know you could block people, that sounds like a cool feature.
Now look, I don’t care if you hate Halo 4, I don’t care if you love it. I am only mad because on this board people crucify any negativity but many of you also make the same kind of thread whiners do but instead it is all praise.
I am glad you are excited for Halo 4, I am excited to but a little hesitant seeing all the change. I am trying to be vocal about my concerns as well as my praises. I feel that if I say what I don’t like and others agree, then maybe it will get changed or 343i will consider it later on.
