So i made this theory after watching the video “Noble 6 before and after Reach”
People say he died because you can’t survive an energy sword wound. He was never stabbed. Plus, they also confirmed the master chiefs death in the trailer for halo 5 because they didn’t want people worshiping a shield soldier. Maybe they thought it was time to retire noble 6 and classified him as KIA. Yet as you can see, he easily -Yoinked!- up the zealots. From his position on the ground, he could’ve turned and dodged the zealot trying to stab him, break his neck, taken the sword and killed the remaining few elites. He’s HYPER LETHAL. Here’s a gameplay theory: there’s an armor lock on the lone wolf mission, which can stop an artillery strike from hurting you. The artillery is no longer than glassing itself, which means noble 6 could’ve easily survived the process with the armor lock. Also, killing entire organizations without being killed? He’s hyper lethal, these elites were a challenge but not enough to kill him. Plus, at the END of the MISSION, you’d objective to SURVIVE is stated very clearly that it was COMPLETED. Coincidence? I think not. Noble 6 is a living breathing legend who ONI is hiding from the public to this day. If anything from this is wrong besides opinions on him being stabbed after the cutaway, please let me know. I am aware my armor lock theory is probably bogus
i think i accidentally posted this for halo 5 guardians… sorry
problem with your’e theory is the helmet was intact, which his helmet was damaged and he took the helmet of.so he would not be able to activate any of the suit abilities

Noble 6 has been confirmed as being dead already in books and such many times.
Noble 6 is not alive. Will not be in any other Halo games set in the the events after Halo Reach.

Yeah, you’re right, but the argument of your theory lacks much logic sincerely, after all to me was interesting read it.

even if he could use armour ability’s the armour lock would only effect the part of his body that where covered with armour. with out his helmet his head would still be exposed.

I think you under estimate the time it takes to glass a planet. the armor lock ability only lasts a few seconds it would end before the glassing would. and even if this was not the case he would be berried in the glass. however he dose not need any of this to help him all he needs is to kill the elites which I think he might be able to do and then head to one of the many caves on reach and bunker down. however we know non of these thinks happened. due to the books and the games we know that noble 6 is dead the UNSC and ONI all believe that he is dead.

I understand, reading that I found an interesting argument about that dude, I really appreciate that you took your time to write this!!.
He is dead, confirmed by both Bungie and 343.
