Since I have the Gunner perk I decided to try out Mounted Turrets and the result is amazing. With the Gunner perk you run just as fast as other Spartans while you are carrying a Turret. So now you not only have a deadly anti-infantry/anti-vehicular weapon you also have mobility. It’s fun charging into the middle of the battle and mowing people down. Also almost every BTB map has at least 2 Mounted Turrets.

It’s quite fun actually, doesn’t work so well on Ragnarok though.
I always have fun running around with a turret albeit I don’t do it often.
That gunner perk sounds like fun, at least until you get picked off by annoying DMR users.
I will try it out as soon as I stop being addicted to running around with the Supressor.
I’m glad they have the optional buff in this game.
I think Shatter has a lot of turrets for you to use too, in the middle.

Actually you can strafe with the Gunner perk and can out gun DMR’s at mid range.

Yeah it does and they re-spawn very often, it’s a nice way to counter the Ghosts.
Turrets in this game are actually good, so I do the same thing sometimes. BTW, speed boost works when you’re carrying a turret too.
