I bought a Gold and Silver REQ pack, but I didn’t seem to receive either of them. There was no pack opening animation. No new REQs either. However, my money is definitely gone. Can I get some help please?
Try restarting your game or doing a hard reset of your Xbox. Users yesterday reported similar issues, but all the posts I checked up on later seemed to have eventually gotten theirs - either by restarting or just waiting a short time

I was having a similar problem yesterday. I bought the new arena pack. It gave me two req packs to open, like it should. I got to open the first, but the second it said “error.” Then I tried again and it said it had already been opened. I reset the Xbox and then it was just gone. How do I get my other req?
If it says it was already opened then it is likely that the items were already in your inventory. Have a look ans see if there is anything new there that you don’t recognise
