My MCC keeps crashing

My MCC keeps freezing and makes a sound then crashes and I’ve deleted and reinstalled, deleted my cloud storage. Can anyone help?

It is a problem that is affecting many people lately. You can try to follow the steps outlined in this post.

I solved it by logging out from the Xbox Companion App on both Windows and phone. So maybe you can also try that.
