I have been playing this game on and off since the release, but for almost 2 years now my matchmaking victories aren’t tracking. The xbox game hub tracks my kills correctly, and time played but the victories aren’t synchronized for some reason. This is pretty annoying and seems like something that should not be an issue. The wins show up on my service record in game, as well as on waypoint, with the only broken tracking being the xbox game hub. On top of just being annoying, it is preventing me from unlocking multiplayer achievements related to winning matches. I have tried clearing the cache and recovering my profile but that hasn’t worked so far. I hope there is some way of fixing this.
Have you tried a hard reset of your Xbox or restarting your internet router? Sounds like a profile sync error.

Yeah, I have done both individually but never in tandem. Should I try both in a specific order?
