This controller is beautiful, as you can see, and the packaging it comes in is nice and sturdy a good relic to sit on my shelf as a collectors item.

Yeah no love for Locke, I would probably get Locke’s controller if I was going to one. But I would rather have an Elite controller if they did the same themes for the Elite controllers also then that would have been awesome.

Are you worried about the metallic orange on the triggers and D-pad rubbing/peeling off with time?
Mine doesn’t ship until the 6th, so I haven’t had any hands on time with one and this is a minor concern for me.
So is the laser etching physical? As in you can feel them and they provide grip? Also, does the etching wrap aroynd the back of the grips? It looks like it does, this is just one of the main things that I really liked about these controllers

It doesnt seem like it will be coming off at anytime ever its really solid and well done. I’ve just for the sake of trying to see how cheap it may have been to scratch some off but nope, its on there for good buddy :D! put your concern aside as this controller is as sturdy and solid as they come

It is indeed on the front and back, you can feel it, its more grippy than a standard xb1 controller but it doesnt add a whole load of grip tbh. but you can definitely feel it recess into the controller ever so teenily ^^
I ordered mine through GameStop and won’t have it until 10/27. I’m so jealous! I really want to get the Locke one too to help add to my Halo Collection…

I ordered mine with Game.co.uk It originally said sept 29th arrival date but it changed so I would have had it earlier. I guess every retailer has their own schedule? makes little sense to me though.

does it show how the dauntless visor looks? Ive been curious. i saw someone had posted pictures of the two visors that come with the controllers. It looked like the default visor from reach… idk it was underwhelming to say the least but hey at least the controller looks beast.
