I see everyone freaking out about loadouts. Who said we’d have the choice to spawn with rockets? I think what 343 meant was being able to spawn with these weapons:
Primary: BR/Carbine/Forerunner equivalent
Secondary: Magnum/PP/Forerunner equivalent
Grenade: 2 Frags/1 Plasma/1 Forerunner equivalent
Sniper (for team snipers, etc): Sniper rifle/Beam Rifle/Focus Rifle type thing
I think these seem pretty balanced.
Yes. Except I would add AR, Plasma Rifle, and Forerunner equivalent to the primary list.

I don’t think it’s accurate as to it’s description.
Also, 1 frag/1 plasma/1 equivalent – unless they nerfed the tactical nukes we already have in reach.
I don’t a PP secondary would be balanced because of the EMP factor.

Maybe the tracking capabilities would be toned down? I just put it there because the pistol is headshot capable.
