MY LAST THREAD

I’m not here to rant or argue with anyone. I’m here to simply state my opinion and those of you that disagree can flame all you want, because as stated before, I’m not here to argue.

Okay, so lets assume that those who are NOT in favor of a visible rank are correct when they say that THEY are the majority. So lets look at some numbers. If you have around 500k halo multiplayer fans, and only 20% are competitive players that support visible ranks. If the percentage of supporters is that low (which i doubt it is), that’s still 100k more people that will invest their money in future maps and the sequel, because they are getting what they want.

My argument is that, instead of making a game favorable to the minority/majority, why not just make it favorable towards all players? Halo 3 and it’s implementation of social and ranked playlists was simple but brilliant logic, it appealed to all. From a business standpoint it just makes sense, and we’re all happy customers.

It is important for a game to evolve, but some things should just be permanent.

In this thread we punch a dead horse in the face.

Oh and I apologize for the dumb thread title. All the titles that I tried were apparently too similar to previous ones being posted.

Agreed, but at least its not a rant of how much I hate this game and blah blah blah.

Bacon. Anyways I agree with you OP, this game seems too…how can I say this…“Not Halo”. Feels like a Hybrid. However 343 said they acknowledged there mistakes, and will do a lot better for Halo 5.

Heck its there first game, give them a break.

I’ve had a Rant thread, that fired up a lot of people. I bashed anything you can possibly imagine about this game. Then after 2 weeks, 343 spoke.

Now I’m  finally they are aware of there mistakes; plus as stated above for both, they will do a lot better next time.

Bye don’t let the door hit you on the way out! waves
