My k/d is 1.17

Although some of you may be ready to gift me money on Xbox live and pay pal for fulfilling the prophecy of the master chef, I would have to respectfully decline. Please, y’all. Give me the deets of your control set up. Currently I’m rocking 7 sens with 2 accel and default dz’s. My aim still feels off. What is a good control scheme and aim set up for being able to look fast on the run, but still having enough steadiness to get that perfect? I don’t know how to properly set up my aiming. I just heard that default dz and 2 accell reflects past halo games’ aiming acceleration. But i don’t even know what a dead zone is. Recruit irons and above may post. Everyone else is forbidden. I have spoken.

I was changing mine around to begin with, but none made much difference to me, I’m back to default with a K/D of about 1.15 I think, it changes though, and it has nothing to do with settings, some games you get better connections than others, K/D always takes a hit when you have opponents that take that little bit more to kill.

I think one of my main issues is that I keep changing my sensitivity every once in a while to see if my aim improves, but I suppose the best thing to do is just practice with one set configuration. And ya I have good days and bad ones too lol can’t argue there.

wow…

I would suggest that, don’t change it for a week or two or three, and then see, but the overall K/D is not really a measure of how good or bad aiming is, it will be affected by games too, if your playing arena a lot, and playing things like flag and strongholds you may take a hit to K/D there too if you’re running the flag and capturing points, just running into a point on strongholds and dying but saving it can give your team precious points, it’s your call though.

I suppose that’s a good point. As much as I would love to get win loss up, I just don’t play in parties anymore. I’m a lone wolf. So kd just feels more personal of a stat. That’s usually why I play FFA over anything else. Lack of a team will burden your experience.

True FFA is all about the kills, I’m a lone wolf too, but I have a pretty decent win loss in Team Arena, I think I’m at about 62% win loss, I was surprised when I saw that, all the others are about 50/50.
