So I haven’t gotten the 2nd email with instructions or the message here on waypoint. But I went on my Xbox and in the update I find the infinite insider ready to go. It’s updating now. Did the team figure out the issue or what? I haven’t heard anything from anyone about it being ready. Is this happening to anyone else?

Not yet - some users (like me) got an update. the servers still are not live, and you’ll likely have to update again.
Once the build goes live, you will receive a special message here on waypoint on how to access the build on xbox or PC.
