My immediate thoughts

  • Not enough of an indication that shields have been depleted, I guess more of an audio, or visual cue would be nice. - Melee needs more magnetism - Example I grappled past where I knew an enemy would drop down so I could break the grapple and melee them, the melee didn’t acknowledge the individual due to motion - The drop shield doesn’t feel useful, it’s too weak and most of the time I die as quick as I’d of died had I not put it down. - I feel a better replacement would be a single use bubbleshield. It seems unlikely you’d get to use all drop shields, I think a single one would make more sense, and would force more offensive plays instead of just breaking the drop shield in a few seconds from the same distance. I swap this out 100% of the time I get it. - Gravity hammer range feels too too far, perhaps it was too weak in other titles and I’m unused to it’s new function, but my experience with it was questionable. - Need to add scope sensitivity options, e.g. for Sniper, this is likely already being added but I thought I’d mention it. - Grapple jack should require the enter vehicle button to be held down to perform the jack. I meleed a warthog turret, the recoil from this threw me back so I grappled to get the second hit and kill. I ended up performing a hijack of the turret which dealt no damage to the enemy player who killed me instantly whereas I’d of gotten the kill had the hijack not began. I feel it should either be a hijack does the damage to get the kill, or take shields down if they still have them, or you should have to hold down the enter vehicle button to perform the hijack.Edit:

  • The radar range is too small - The red outlines are a dead giveaway of enemy players when aiming from a distance, this increases enemy visibility more than has been present in previous titles and, despite helping me out ahah, I think Halo should encourage more awareness, than hand holding players. - A reach style lobby is much more appealing than what we currently have. Seeing player customisation choices with such ease was a great feature to have, Halo 5 downgraded this just to emblems, and Halo Infinite doesn’t seem to want to show off customisations either. This is strange to me seeing how the Multiplayer has a battle pass system, as seeing armours could work to entice sales. I don’t like the Battle Pass, but if a Reach styled lobby could be used to help market it, so be it. I just want the Reach Menu back. - The customisation screen should be vertical, not horizontal. Perhaps allow a clean menu in which customisation options are hidden enabling a clean view of the spartan, and one with options, showing a modulised view of the spartan, with your equipment being shown in squares around the player model.
