My imagination of Forthencho's proposal

Below is just my imagination, about Forthencho’s proposal to bring back the Flood to the galaxy, to make the war longer and Yprin turning down Forthencho’s proposal. Kaivlin is not canon. Just not included in my fanfiction atm.

Within the centre of the great capital city of Charum Hakkor, was the massive building, as large as several kilometres per land. The building was massive, and it took on the geometric architecture littered with the hard-light décor. This building was blue, and in shape and form, it was similar to a combination of both a pyramid and the castle with the curved walls slanting upwards to the backward. Hundreds of the machines guarded the place, as well as the Combined Fleet of Charum Council were present within the orbit, over the great capital city, compromised of several hundred thousands of Prime Cruisers, with hundreds of the fine-tuned diamond-shaped First-rate stations known to be lethal enough to wipe out entire cities with a single blast. There, they guarded the Charum Council comprised of both human and San’Shyuum political leaders, although humans dominated this space as the humanity had discovered this place long before the San’Shyuum did and also that the humans did not generally trust the San’Shyuum, who were generally known to be sly and smooth but then again, humans eyed these with suspicions.

Kaivlin stood within the great court, looking at both human-San’Shyuum representatives, with his various warrior escorts next to him, and Yprin, the Political and Morale Commander of all human forces stood next to Kaivlin as she was waiting for him to reply after the Lord of Admirals had gave his proposition to bring back the Shaping Sickness back into the galaxy, to infect and destroy the Forerunners, for even now, the Forerunners had already took over Erde-Tyrene and some of her neighbouring systems. Even at many victories that the humans had achieved against the Forerunners, this Human-Forerunner war was beginning to turn onto the Forerunners’ favour . He looked at Forthencho who stood on the other side, on his right side. Hearing Forthencho’s proposition to bring back the Shaping Sickness, he was shocked at how Forthencho was willing to bring back the plague to the galaxy, undo his work, his sacrifice to push the Shaping Sickness out of the galaxy.

Not right, he roared which caused the Council to look at him silently from their great monolithic pedestials. One of them spoke “Kaivlin, Lance Admiral of Erda’s Core Fleet, if you have something to convince us not to accept the Lord of Admiral’s proposal, please say now.” The floating mechanical spherical cameras began to surround Kaivlin. Even now, Kaivlin’s holographic form was becoming prominent, taking place on the great monolithic holo-projectors as Forthencho had finished his turn speaking. His roar caused the great echoes and Kaivlin looked like he was suffering this time.

“Forthencho!” He said in an angry tone “I would rather lose to the Forerunners than to bring back the Shaping Sickness! You know this is the greater crime than the last. You know because of this Sickness, we are losing to the Forerunners. You know we were desperate and willing to break some ethical rules of life in order to push back the plague that already took over the hundreds of our system! If we bring them back now, we undo the great sacrifice! Have you already forgotten that it took one THIRD of ALL our population to do it? And I was the commander and a leader who discovered this cure! I reported this to Yprin! While I was fighting the Forerunners, led by The Didact And I was that commander who led the genetically modified humans to “feed” the sickness as we destroyed all our records of the Sickness and of the cure! And now as we are losing to the Forerunners, you would undo the years of our sacrifice! I will not allow this, Forthencho, I will not! This is the great crime if this is allowed. Should the war last long, how then can we last if the Sickness controls the technology of the Forerunners? How then can we last as the Forerunner Empire is far larger than ours? If and when the Forerunners are destroyed by the Sickness, how then can we destroy them? And still survive the plague that will arrive stronger than ever? Even if we ever do survive, we will have murdered the entire galaxy just to do that! This is the great crime without measure” Yprin walked around Kaivlin, and she cleared her throat, causing the attention to be diverted to Yprin.

This time her holographic appearance appeared. She spoke with the calm voice, laced with sweetness and with strong authority. “Lance Admiral Kaivlin is correct. As you know, I agree with Kaivlin, as I was there.” Which another councilor’s voice spoke, making their jaws vibrate “Yprin Yprikushma, Political and Morale Commander of all human forces, as you are one of us, as you are our Councillor, please explain why do you agree with Kaivlin in this argument regarding Shaping Sickness” Yprin replied to this “As you know, you have no doubt how Sickness deceived us, as we never found out what the powder did, four hundred years ago, and when we found it what it did, taking over our dear former pets pheru, and generating it’s own Shaping Sickness supercells, and infecting the pheru, we found it too late, as it already took over numerous of our worlds. And you know how brutal they were, how evil enough that we declared war on the Sickness! You know it is not right to bring them back. We will be branded as murderers by our descendants long after our deaths! This great crime will violate the Mantle, and if you believe in your gods whom I no longer believe in, you would know hundreds of their laws would be broken. This enormity of this crime is enough that I would rather that we be defeated by the Forerunners than to bring back this contagion, akin to burning entire galaxy just to sate some of our revenge.” She paced around calmly “Therefore as a representative, I declare that I stand with Kaivlin, that I turn down this absurd proposal.”

Forthencho was not happy. He looked enraged, and was further enraged after a few minutes of discussion, the voices spoke “Therein we stand with Political and Morale Commander, Yprin. We agree with her decision to turn down the Lord of Admiral’s proposal. We fully agree with Lance Admiral Kaivlin. This is not something that our species should bear the stigma of being associated with murder, and lust for vengeance and greed.” Forthencho was very angry indeed, and stormed off immediately, in his anger. Lance Admiral Kaivlin looked at Yprin and she nodded with pride to her foster four-hundred years old foster child.
