When you choose damage modifier in the game options. You get a percentage which affects all the weapons. So they all have the same damage modifier. So basically instead of the modifier affecting all the weapons. You have the option of selection which weapons would have the modifier, and what percentage each one would do.
Examples of it being individual:
Game-Type Options: When you’re setting up what weapons the player’s are going to spawn with. When you select a weapon a menu pops up with a percentage. So you can choose how much damage it’s going to do. Without it affecting all the weapons.
For example:
-Assault Rifle: I would change it to a percentage to do about the same amount of damage as the DMR. Because they both use the same type of ammunition.
-Magnum: I would lower it’s percentage so it’s more of a secondary weapon. Instead of it being more of a primary weapon.
For Forge: When I spawn a weapon. In the weapon’s option menu. There’s the damage modifier option. So I can choose what percentage of damage it’s going to do.
