MY Idea For An Arena System Rework

Hello! I have an idea for an Arena system revamp in Halo 5.
This revamp would involve making the Arena system more similar to Counter Strike in that there would be a casual and a competitive section. I am proposing this seeing as my friends and I, and potentially some more people, want to play the Arena gamemodes like SWAT in a just for fun mindset and not have to worry about potentially losing a rank in the regular playlist or just use it as a warmup area for going into the comp games. This system would have rewards for playing in the competitive playlists, though. The rewards would be a chance at a rare drop pack after a game that would include a cosmetic for use in other parts of the game (weapon skins, armor, etc.).The drop would be rare, I would imagine maybe 1 for every 30-50 games or so, and would have skins that would be exclusive to those packs. An idea that I have, even though it’s probably just a pipe dream, would be having different models or variants of guns throughout the Halo lore. An example of which could be a prototype BR that was in Halo: Contact Harvest. Unlocking this variant would allow you to use it as a permanent REQ card in Warzone with the 60 round magazine and potentially the burst/single fire capabilities originally shown in Halo 2. Other examples could be a Halo: Reach styled Assault Rifle, DMR, or magnum, or a Halo: CE assault rifle. I know I am being way too hopeful with this list but I hope that at least some of it will be implemented in some way, shape, or form.
